6. Chat transcripts
The chat on this site is answered first by an AI. What you type is sent to a service operated by Anthropic (United States) in order to compose a reply. Anthropic does not use what is sent to train its AI.
- What we keep: the text of the conversation, the date and time, the language used, the page the chat was opened from, and the IP address you connected from
- Why: so that your enquiry reaches the right person accurately, and so that we can check and improve the quality of our replies
- How long: one year, after which it is deleted automatically
- Where: a database we use (Supabase, hosted in Japan)
7. Site analytics
We may measure how this site is used in order to improve it. The information collected does not identify individuals.
